The Tuscany on Wheels HQ is located between Florence and Siena, right off the Poggibonsi Nord exit on the highway, and just 10 km from the medieval town of San Gimignano. Surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and olive groves, our location offers the perfect balance between rural tranquility and easy access to one of Tuscany’s most iconic destinations.
Being so close to San Gimignano it’s an ideal starting point for exploring the area, meeting our team, and experiencing the slower, genuine rhythm of life that makes this corner of Italy so special.
How to reach our HQ:
BY TRAIN
Get to Poggibonsi - San Gimignano central station. From there you can either take a taxi or walk. We recommend the taxi option. It is only a 10 mins ride but make sure to organize it in advance as taxis are often busy during the season.
BY CAR
We are literally between Siena and Florence and in the heart of the Chianti. You can find us right at the exit of the Firenze - Siena highway called "Poggibonsi Nord" towards San Gimignano. If you are coming with your car, free car parking is available in front of the office.
BY WALK
From Poggibonsi train station the distance is very walkable, 25 minutes walk and approx 2km. You can find here below the directions: https://bit.ly/3BFi8XK . At one point there isn't a pedestrian side walk so you need to watch out the cars.
