When you place an order on our website, we require contact information, such as your name and e-mail address and, in some cases, partial or full postal address or telephone number. This information is only used to contact you with information about your order.

We may need to share your contact information ( name, last name, nationality ) with suppliers of booked services from your tour. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

You may volunteer this information when you request information from us, contact us (and vice versa), make a booking, register interest for and/or enter a competition, subscribe to one of our newsletters, use our website(s)/apps, link to or from our website(s)/apps, connect with us via social media, by speaking to a consultant in-store or any other engagement we or our business partners have with you.

We may also receive the information from a third party, for example:

  • From people making travel bookings on your behalf

  • From market research and data companies contracted by us to obtain information so that we may improve and market our products and services

Payments: To collect and make payments due and administer our accounts.


7. How long do we keep your personal data?

We keep your personal data for so long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes for which we use it, and if longer, for any duration required by law, and for statutory claims limitation periods where your personal data may be relevant to any possible liability we may have to you.

If you subscribe to our newsletter or enter one of our competitions, we will ask for your name, email address and country of residence. This information is used to send you information about our company, products or other items that may be of interest to you. We will not contact you more than one/two times monthly.

To better tailor our website and product offerings to our customers, we use Google Analytics to collect information on how visitors navigate our website.

Cookies are used to collect aggregated data that allows us to see the origins of web traffic, amount of visitors, visitors’ operating systems, browser types, etc. This data does not personally identify you in any way.

10. Photos & videos

When booking any of the Tour Operator tour, you agree that photographs and films of you may be taken while you are participating in any of the tour operator’s trips.

These images may be used for marketing purposes by the tour operator on brochures, websites, print media and promotional videos used to promote the Tour Operator products only.


11. Your rights

  • You may request us to tell you whether we are processing personal data about you, to tell you what personal data we are processing and for what purposes, and to provide you with a copy of the personal data that we hold. The law does allow us, in certain cases to refuse your request, and we will advise you at the time if this is the case.
